What Are Anal Lesions?
Anal lesions can occur in the perianal skin, just like skin on the rest of the body. These can present as small, benign cysts, comedones (white or blackheads), skin tags, and even regular skin cancers.

Symptoms
Anal lesions often do not cause noticeable symptoms. When symptoms appear, they may include:

• Pain or pressure in the anal area
• Lump near the anus
• Bleeding
• Itching
• Pus or mucus discharge

Diagnosis

May require examination and possibly even biopsy.
